The KT Fendo FS-19 slicer / strip cutter is especially suited for slicing, cutting into strips and dicing fresh boneless meat, fish, poultry and some vegetables both cooked and raw.
The high speed circular blades provide an extremely smooth cutting process at speeds of up to 1500 kg per hour.
The machine is suitable for most butchers or kitchens and is capable of slicing a maximum 1.5kg piece at one time. The meat is automatically pulled into the machine and after cutting the slices of meat will drop into the meat container.

The slicer / strip cutter is made from stainless steel and is equipped with a low voltage control relay, thermal relay and direction control switch.
