Strip Cutting Machines

The amount of product you can slice per hour is measured in kilograms per hour (kg/h).

If you need to process large quantities of product at any given time you will want a machine with a larger throughput.

The blade set is measured in mm and is simply the width between blades ad therefore tells you how wide your strips will be when cut.

Simply choose the blade set that has the mm gap that will produce the correct width strips for your needs.

You need to make sure you have space for your strip cutting machine to fit into your production line/kitchen.

This sounds obvious but it is often overlooked and these machines can be surprisingly large so it's important to make sure it will fit in the space you have.
